I have a puppy that's eight months old. She still bites a lot and I'm beginning to get concerned. Should she be out of the nipping phase by now or no? If no, when should I begin to get concerned and how do I take care of it?

Yes she should be out of the nipping faze. I would enroll her in a basic obedience class and work on teaching her to down on command. If she jumps and nips you can put her in a down stay.

Over time as you get more obedience control over her the behavior should go away.
