Puppy training problems!?

Okay so I have a toy poodle she is about 5 months old and is not paper trained yet.
I am trying everything to paper train her.
She does not go outside, I work and so does my mom.
We don't always have the time to take her out, thats why I am paper training her.
I have a puppy gate and leave her in my room while we are gone but lately she has been in there alot because she pees in the living room, and on the couch.
If she don't stop peeing on the couch my mom will make me get rid of her.
she pees on the floor in the living room, the kitchen, the couch and in the bathroom when I let her out.
When she is in the room she pees on the paper 75% of the time.
I need help because I believe in keeping your dog forever.
she is really stubborn and I cant seem to paper train her.
please help.

Also she hides when she pees on things she knows she is not suppost to, I know because she will tuck in her tail and go under the table or in my room. When she does that I look around til I find where she used the bathroom. if I see her go on the paper I give her a treat but I don't see it that often. she is only like 4lbs so she don't pee much but she still has to start peeing on the paper or I will have to get rid of her. (I do not want to)
I do have a spot for her same spot since I got her. it is in my room. I started with buying the pads but she really wouldn't use them, she uses newspaper more than she would the pads. I need REAL tips, she needs to be potty trained QUICK

Paper training is baddd!According to your circumstances you describe about being away during the day, you should be CRATE training your dog. And paper training your dog will cause it to think it's always OK to potty in the house. Educate yourself about crate training and try that.

CRATE TRAINING
Crate training is very essential to housebreaking a dog. Training your dog for the crate is very beneficial for your dog and for you. It's a safe and comfortable space for your dog, actually it is less stressful for your dog. It gives your dog a space of his own so he can relax and give you a little time to relax too, knowing that he is safe and comfortable.
For your and your dog's future happiness, you need to crate train the dog, This will allow him to self train his bladder and bowels, to hold for more extended times if and when you can't be there or can't walk him
By instinct a dog doesn't like to soil it's bedding (den) area, so instinctively it will self train to wait longer and longer periods of time before it potties, just to prevent soiling. This helps the dog learn to get through the night without pottying, and allows you some freedom if you need to be gone or are at work/school.
Put a blanket, or cushion in the crate for the dog to lay on. Simply walk your pup before you put it in the crate(Cage) and slowly over a few weeks or months extend the lengths of time you leave it in the crate. Walk it immediately upon release and offer treats for a job well done. Eventually the pup can stay all night without needing to potty, and it causes the dog no pain or discomfort because it is training itself to wait.
It's quite simple if you are patient, and realize it won't learn control overnight.

you defiantly need to have a designated spot for her. put her in the bathroom or wherever you can possibly put her so that she just has a little area. preferably hard floor for easy clean. you can get sum puppy pads from petco, petsmart, so on and set them down. you really should get a pet-sitter or someone though to let her out.

I hate to be the one to bring this up, but if you don't have the time to dedicate to properly training a dog, let alone put them outside during the day, then you shouldn't have a dog.

5 months old is way to old to not be housebroken. Please give the dog to a more caring family.

Here are a few things you can try:

When you take her outside and she pees and poops, shower her with praise and affection. It's also a good idea to give her treats. You can develop happy commands such as "Go Potty" and when she does, give her praise. She will then associate going outside as a positive thing that she going to be rewarded for.

When she does go inside, take her to the mess and tell her 'no' or some other command of your choosing. Don't be too aggressive or she won't understand why she’s being punished. Just be assertive and let her know going inside is bad. Then immediately take her outside and use your 'go potty' keyword. She may or may not go, if she does, give her praise.

It's also a good idea to take her out more frequently.
