Why does my 5 month old puppy use her bed as a toilet ?

I was her bedding constantly but shortly after I put it down on the floor for her and her brother she either pee's or poops on it. n

adunphy 		Seems that they are used to going potty on it. I would recommend getting rid of it personally.
