my 5 yr old rotwieller has become jealous of our 10 yr old miniture pincher and my wife, how do i change this behavoir in my rot?

when my wife and i sit on the couch she climbs in the middle when ever we are togther she has to be in the middle. she also pushes herself in the way if the little dog is getting any attention at all from anyone

It sounds to me like she might need to lose on the furniture privileges. I would teach her a place command - which is essentially a go lay down on this bed and stay there until I release you type behavior.

You also have to teach her how to wait her turn. Start small, if you see her coming to get in the middle of things, ask her to sit and reward her if she does it by giving her attention. Slowly over time increase the time she has to wait for that attention. If she pops up and gets in the middle, just walk away from her or ignore her completely.

It takes time to solve this problem, but with some basic rules you should easily be able to estabilsh the pecking order again.
